We offer the following digital products:
- Ranks: VIP, VIP+, MVP, MVP+, MVP++
- Crate Keys: Common Key, Epic Key, Legendary Key
By purchasing any of these items, you agree to the following terms.

3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal. For payments via BanContact or PayConiq, please create a ticket on our Discord server (https://discord.gg/vxXwS6Q7dA).

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in exceptional and specific cases. If a technical issue results in the non-receipt of a purchased item, we will either provide the item manually or issue a refund upon receipt of proof of purchase.

5. User Information
We collect the following user information:
- Minecraft Username
- Email Address
The email address is used solely for sending purchase confirmations and is not used for any other purpose. The Minecraft Username provided can be for the buyer or another user. Ensure you enter the correct username, as we do not offer refunds or changes if the wrong username is provided.

6. Age Restrictions
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

7. Contact and Support
For support, please create a ticket on our Discord server (https://discord.gg/vxXwS6Q7dA). Support is available as soon as possible without specific hours. We offer support in English and Dutch.

8. Use of Purchased Items
Purchased ranks grant extra permissions and commands within the server. Crate keys allow players to open crates for random items. Items obtained through crates are randomly assigned and cannot be chosen by the player.

9. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues on the website that prevent you from receiving purchased items, please create a ticket on our Discord server (https://discord.gg/vxXwS6Q7dA) with proof of purchase. We will either provide the item manually or issue a refund.

10. User Conduct
All users must adhere to the general Minecraft Terms of Service and our server rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including but not limited to the suspension or banning of your account.

11. Data Retention
User data (Minecraft Username and Email) is retained indefinitely and is not used for any purpose other than completing transactions and providing support.

12. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through our website, where a notice of the update will be displayed for a maximum of 7 days. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Limitation of Liability
MysticHaven is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
